Tricia Glick, BCBA, LBA

Founder

Tricia's 20-year career in behavioral health, education, and organizational management is deeply rooted in supporting persons with varying abilities to achieve their goals towards living independent, meaningful, and productive lives. As Founder and CEO of Behavior Science Technology, Tricia's mission is to support businesses and organizations whose mission shares her goal of all persons having access to the highest quality applied behavior analysis (ABA) services.

During her lengthy career in behavioral health services, Tricia has supported people of all ages in a variety of settings, including clinical, residential, educational, vocational, and community habilitation. She is a strong proponent of mentorship, has provided supervision to numerous persons pursuing their Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credentials, and has provided professional development training on a variety of topics in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). This broad experience has given her a full and comprehensive view of the unique challenges that those with varying abilities face during different stages of life. Her professional expertise is woven together by an understanding of the human experience - for persons with special needs and the professionals and families supporting them. Tricia brings this human connection to her work at BST.

In 2014, Tricia co-founded Marra & Glick Applied Behavior Analysts, a highly successful, private equity-backed ABA organization in Long Island, NY. Marra & Glick provided home, school, and center-based ABA services to school-age children. As CEO, Tricia developed, grew, and provided oversight of all operational functions of the organization. During her tenure at Marra & Glick, she experienced first hand the challenges that growing ABA organizations faced in the current climate of rapid growth and competition for resources and began to develop solutions. Many of these solutions were the launching point for BST.

Tricia's knowledge of the behavioral health services industry as a whole is her greatest strength. Her drive to fill the needs of a rapidly growing field, particularly ABA and Autism Services, is what motivated her to create a technology company whose mission is to provide solutions for the urgent needs of this rapidly growing field. BST is dedicated to helping ABA and Autism service agencies achieve successful outcomes in both business and clinical applications.

Tricia is a Licensed Behavior Analyst in New York State and holds a National Board Certification in Behavior Analysis.
