Dr. Kerry Ann Conde is Co-founder and Chief Science Officer at Behavior Science Technology and an Assistant Professor and Verified Course Sequence Coordinator at St. Joseph’s College in their Advanced Certificate in ABA program. Kerry Ann also serves as the Social Media  Coordinator for the Association for Science in Autism Treatment (ASAT). 


Kerry Ann’s 16-year career in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) began with an early start as a Behavior Technician. As her passion ignited and her Behavior Analytic career progressed, she completed her pre- and postdoctoral internships through Trumpet Behavioral Health in Colorado and Arizona in which she served as a Postdoctoral Fellow and Senior Clinician (BCBA). Kerry Ann has served as a reviewer for 4 of the top peer-reviewed behavior analytic journals and has co-authored several projects, published in peer-reviewed journals. She taught as an adjunct professor for three years while at Western New England University. Most recently, she held the position of Chief Clinical and Science Officer of a rapidly growing ABA service agency in Long Island, New York. 


Kerry Ann brings a wealth of clinical expertise to the BST Team. She has served learners, early intervention through adulthood, at home, school, and center-based programs. Kerry Ann is passionate about educating and mentoring new Behavior Technicians and Board Certified Behavior Analysts to ensure proficiency in their positions. She has supervised numerous providers for their board certification, as well as supporting parents of children with autism by training them to utilize ABA tools. Her goal is to ensure that individuals with autism and related disabilities receive the highest quality ABA services. 


In both her role as a Postdoctoral Fellow and Chief Clinical and Science Officer, Kerry Ann was responsible for designing clinical and organizational systems and leading teams to promote evidence-based services that lead to increased clinical outcomes. Significant highlights include supervision and training tracking systems, strategies for recruitment and retention, clinical integrity processes, and a performance management system. 


Kerry Ann is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst at the Doctoral level and a Licensed Behavior Analyst in New York. She holds a Bachelor’s in Psychology from St. Joseph’s College, a Master’s of Science in Psychology with a specialization in Applied Behavior Analysis from Florida State University, a Ph.D. in Behavior Analysis from Western New England University, and a Certificate in Women’s Leadership from Cornell University.
